Every Mineral piece is made in our own facility and shipped from there. Because each garment is washed individually, orders are dispatched in the order they come in.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and carrier delays are outside our control.
Duties and taxes
Orders outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by you. Your carrier will contact you if anything is owed.
Wrong address
Check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we’ll re-send it once you cover the second shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email mineral.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out.
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the parcel, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a case with the carrier.
